TQHA AWARD GUIDELINES
In order to be eligible for TQHA awards you must nominate your horse by completing the competition card section of the membership form. If you are already a current year member and wish to nominate now or add additional divisions, just complete another form and indicate on the membership portion that you are already a member.
TQHA points are calculated by established guidelines. Click here for additional information about the guidelines. For questions regarding competition cards and points, please contact Doug Adams by emailing dadamsa@me.com.
Amateurs that are nominated and show in both the Amateur Select and Amateur categories, must provide the Point Secretary a list of which classes should count toward which category in the event that the classes are combined. Please note that AQHA rule changes now require the show to combine the classes if there are less than 3 entries in either class.
ALL-NOVICE SHOW HIGH POINT AWARD GUIDELINES
Awards will be given to the High-Point all Around Youth & Amateur for the All-Novice shows. Only All-Novice shows will count towards the award.
Awards will also be given to the reserve high-point youth and amateur. Prizes will be posted on the website. No frills attire is requested at each All-Novice show. No frills attire must still meet AQHA guidelines as defined in the official AQHA handbook.
Click here for more information on how the awards are calculated. A no-cost form is requested to be eligible for tracking your points. Good luck!
